How to Say Sorry and Other Lessons is a multidiscliplinary show, an eclectic musical theater piece consisting of eight original songs interwoven with eight deeply personal stories. The show opens with a story, of the day Fawn and her then-husband told their girls that they were about to end their marriage. This leads into the musical number, "I Saw the Sun Today," which celebrates the joy of becoming a better person after grief and hardship. As the show unfolds, we are invited to consider heartbreak, consent, gender roles, infidelity, shame, humility, and redemption. Composer & author Doug Jamieson called the show "Virtuosic soul-bearing". Home Base: Yukon Touring Schedule: Click here |
